This woman tailgated me, passed on the right, and generally swerved in and out of traffic from 5 miles out on the Tacony Palmyra Bridge until I lost her at Levick Street and Oxford Avenue.
I took this picture of her at Levick and the Boulevard---fortunately, for her, she wasn't dumb enough to run the red light, or the traffic camera would have caught her.
I don't know if you can see from the picture, but her rear view mirror is turned towards her face so that she can apply her makeup---something she did at every stop light.
Watch out for her--she's a menace.
