I received a box in the mail with some Diabetes testing supplies a few weeks ago addressed to my address but with someone else's name on it.
I called the company

and they told me that if I knew anyone who could use them, I could give them away.
Never asked me the name of the person on the label
Didn't seem concerned that something was shipped to the wrong person
This reminds me of a 60 Minutes expose a few months ago where people were getting bills for medical items they never ordered or were prescribed for.
