I'm not a big fan of Chapel Manor Nursing Home in Philadelphia---do whatever you can to keep your loved ones out of there. If you need details, let me know.
The latest in their series of miscues apparently occured over the weekend when they informed a family that their loved one had died--and they hadn't.
This mismanagement doesn't surprise me in the least.
