Federal response to Kentucky Ice Storm

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that there's been no criticism of the Federal response to the Kentucky Ice Storm disaster.

If the Bush administration were still in charge, wouldn't we be hearing something about the lack of a Federal (FEMA) response to a situation that is dire and getting worse by the day?

Perhaps because Great Britain has been hit with its own "Ice Storm", I've seen no reference here to anything going on in Kentucky. There also seems to be some disagreement over how well FEMA has handled the event.

(In news reporting in the United Kingdom there has been constant reference to a "snow event"!)
